Application – the Rich Proxy software that provides access to the purchase of proxies.
User – any individual using the application.
Services – the provision of proxy servers to users via the application.
To access the full functionality of the application, registration is required. You are responsible for the security of your account and should not share your credentials with third parties. We reserve the right to block or delete accounts for violating the terms of use. You are fully responsible for the use of proxies.
All purchases within the application are final, unless otherwise stated in the refund policy. Proxies may only be used for legal purposes. It is prohibited to use proxies for spamming, DDoS attacks, fraud, or any other illegal activities.

We do not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the proxies and are not liable for any damages arising from their use. The application is provided “as is,” without any explicit or implied warranties.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The updated terms become effective upon publication.
The service provides an opportunity to create an anonymous account, where the only identifier is the login. We do not store personal information of the user, such as IP-addresses, email, phone numbers or any other data that can be used for identification.
The user is solely responsible for the security of the login. We do not provide the ability to restore access in the event of a lost login. We strongly recommend that users keep their login in a safe place such as a hard copy, encrypted file or other methods that ensure data security.
The login is stored in a special key file, which is located in the same folder as the application. The user is responsible for the safety of this file and access to it.
In case of loss of login or access to the key file, users should understand that access to the account cannot be restored. We do not provide any account or data recovery
